【摘要】 目的:探讨后腹腔镜下切除肾上腺良性肿瘤的优越性。方法:我科2005年10月～2006年11月有137例肾上腺良性肿瘤通过后腹腔镜下切除,三孔法常规进入,沿肾脏背侧寻及肾上腺,超声刀游离,肿瘤近侧予以Hemolock夹闭,取出肿瘤。结果:137例手术,术中转开放式手术2例,余病例皆后腹腔镜手术成功,平均手术时间80 min,平均术中出血60 ml,术后12～24 h进食和下床活动,平均住院日4 d,术后平均随访8.5个月无特殊并发症发现。结论:后腹腔镜下手术切除肾上腺良性肿瘤具有对组织损伤小,出血少,术后恢复快且学习曲线短等优点,我们认为后腹腔镜下切除肾上腺良性肿瘤可以常规优先使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the superiority of retropritoneal laparoscopic adrenalectomy for benign tumor of adrenal gland.Method According to the 137 cases of benign tumor originated from adrenal gland,we had handled with retropritoneal laparoscopic adrenalectomy techniques from October 2005 to November 2006 in our department.Results Among 137 cases,2 cases transferred to open surgery,others all got successful operation.The mean operation time was 80 min,the mean blood during operation was 60 ml,the mean hospital time was 4 d,and the mean follow-up time was 8.5 months,without complications.Conclusion Retropritoneal laparoscopic adrenalectormy has the advantages of less tissue damages,less hemorrhage,quicker postoperative recovery and a shorter learning curve.We suggest using retropritoneal laparoscopic adrenalectomy to handle benign adrenal gland tumor as preference.更多还原
