【摘要】 目的:观察血塞通联合长春西汀治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法:将76例急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各38例,分别给予血塞通联合长春西汀(治疗组)及丹参注射液(对照组)治疗,治疗组用血塞通400 mg溶于0.9%氯化钠注射液250 ml中静脉滴注,1次/d,长春西汀20 mg加入生理盐水250 ml静脉滴注,1次/d,两药共用14 d。对照组用丹参注射液20 ml溶于5%葡萄糖注射液250 ml中静脉滴注,1次/d,连用14 d。治疗前后评价神经功能,第14天评定两组总疗效。结果:治疗14 d后治疗组总有效率为92.1%,对照组总有效率为68.4%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血塞通联合长春西汀治疗急性脑梗死安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the efficacy of combining Xuesaitong with vinpocetine in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods 76 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomized to receive intravenous infusion of either Xuesaitong or vinpocetine(n=38 Xuesaitong 400 mg in 250 ml of 0.9% sodium chloride injection qd,vinpocetine 20 mg in 250 ml of 0.9% sodium chloride injection qd)or danshiton(n=38 danshiton 20 ml in 250 ml of 0.9% sodium chloride injection qd)in a 14-day cycle of the therapy.The recovery of neurological functions were evaluated.The total efficacy of two groups were observed.Results At the 14th day the efficiency rate was 92.1% in treatment group and 68.4% in control group respectively.There were marked difference in the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined Xuesaitong with vinpocetine is safe and effective in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.更多还原
