【摘要】 目的:探讨无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的临床效果。方法:选择慢性阻塞性肺病合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者60例,将上述患者分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上实施无创机械通气治疗。结果:观察组治疗后呼吸频率、心率、pH值、PaO2、PaCO2分别与对照组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无创机械通气能够显著改善慢性阻塞性肺病合并呼吸衰竭患者临床症状,临床效果显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with type Ⅱ respiratory failure.Method Total 60 cases with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with type Ⅱ respiratory failure were selected,and divided into the observation group and the control group.The routine therapy was used to the control group,noninvasive positive pressure ventilation was given to the observation group on the basis of routine therapy.Results Respiratory rate,heart rate,the value of pH,PaO2 and PCO2 after treatment in the observation group compared with those in the control group after treatment,there was statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Noninvasive positive pressure ventilation can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with type Ⅱ respiratory failure,and the clinical efficacy is significant.更多还原
