【摘要】 目的:观察依达拉奉和长春西汀联合治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法:将70例急性脑梗死患者随机分为联合治疗组(35例)和对照组(35例)。联合治疗组使用依达拉奉30 mg静脉滴注,2次/d,连用14 d;长春西汀20 mg静脉滴注,1次/d,连用14 d。对照组单用长春西汀,用法同联合治疗组。两组治疗前后均进行神经功能缺损程度评分,凝血指标和肝肾功能检查。结果:联合治疗组的总有效率(94.29%)明显高于对照组(82.86%)(P<0.05)。联合治疗组1例出现肾功能轻度异常,停药后恢复。结论:依达拉奉与长春西汀联用能显著提高急性脑梗死患者的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effects of edaravone combined with vinpocetine in treating acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Method Total 70 patients with ACI were randomly divided into two groups.The united treatment group(n=35) was treated with edaravone(30 mg iv drip,bid,for 14 days),and vinpocetine(20 mg iv drip,bid,for 14 days).The control group(n=35) was treated with vinpocetine only,whose usage was the same as that of the united treatment group.Neurological deficit scores,blood clotting index,liver and renal function were examined before and after treatment in both groups.Results The total effective rate of the united treatment group(94.29%) was obviously higher than that in the control group(82.86%)(P<0.05).Slight abnormal renal function occurred in one patient of the united treatment group,who recovered after stopping that medication.Conclusion Edaravone combined with vinpocetine can notably improve the symptom of ACI patients.更多还原
