【摘要】 目的:通过分析2010年观澜地区娱乐场所保健人员梅毒感染率,间接了解观澜地区娱乐场所从业人员的梅毒感染情况。方法:利用TP-ELISA和胶体金法检测保健人员血清梅毒抗体,利用χ2检验分析男女之间阳性率差异。结果:504例中男性阳性为0例,女性阳性为12例,总阳性率为2.4%,男性阳性率为0%,女性阳性率为2.5%,男女之间阳性率没有统计学差异。结论:梅毒已经成为观澜地区娱乐场所从业人员主要感染性病之一,提示高危人群中梅毒潜在感染率可能更高,且处于稳定增长期。应针对流行特征,采取综合预防措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand indirectly syphilis infection condition of resort personnel by analysis syphilis infection rate of resort personnel in Guanlan in 2010.Method To detect syphilis antibody in serum of resort personnel by TP-ELISA and colloidal gold detection method and to analyze difference of positive rate between male and female.Results The positive number of male was 0 and the positive of female was 12.The total positive rate was 2.4%.The positive rate of male was 0% and of female was 2.5%.The difference of positive rate between male and female wasn′t existence in statistics.Conclusion The syphilis is the main infective venereal disease of resort personnel in Guanlan.The possible infective positive rate of high risk group is higher and is gradual epacme.The comprehensive prevention should be adopted to aim directly at epidemic characteristic.更多还原
