【摘要】 目的:分析腰椎楔形改变的X线表现,提高放射科医生对具有腰椎椎体楔形变征象的常见病的鉴别诊断水平。方法:回顾性分析75例腰椎椎体楔形变的影像资料。结果:75例患者81个腰椎椎体X线平片均有不同程度楔形改变。腰椎退行性变28例;腰椎压缩性骨折23例(陈旧性骨折17例,新鲜骨折6例);椎体肿瘤16例,其中7例转移性,9例为原发性;腰椎椎体型结核7例;1例先天性椎体半椎体畸形。结论:腰椎椎体楔形改变,首选普通X线平片检查,简单,易行,方便。常见病X线平片表现典型,基本能鉴别诊断(68例,91%);不明显的椎体骨裂;要细致观察椎体骨质的微小改变以及了解椎间盘,脊髓神经病变时应做CT或MR I检查。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyse the X-ray performance of lumbar wedge changes,and improve the diagnosis level of radiologists in common diseases with wedge changes in lumbar vertebral body.Method A retrospective analysis was made on image data of 75 cases with wedge changes in lumbar vertebral body.Results X-ray of 75 patients(81 lumbar vertebra) had the varying degree of wedge changes.Lumbar degeneration in 28 cases,lumbar compressive fracture in 23 cases(old fracture in 17 cases,fresh fracture in 6 cases),vertebral body tumor in 16 cases,including 7 cases of metastasis,9 cases of primary,lumbar vertebral body tuberculosis in 7 cases,1 case of congenital vertebral hemivertebra deformity.Conclusion For wedge changes in lumbar vertebral body,X-ray examination is simple,easy and convenient,as the first choice.X-ray performances of common diseases are typical,can be differential diagnosed(68 cases,91%).For no-obvious vertebral fracture,we should observe the small changes in vertebral bone and disc meticulously,the spinal cord lesions should be examined by CT or MRI timely.更多还原
