【摘要】 目的:探讨吸烟在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者病程进展中的作用。方法:选择65例确诊为COPD患者行肺功能检查,然后分吸烟组(35例)与非吸烟组(30例),把吸烟组与非吸烟组的肺功能结果进行比较。结果:吸烟组与非吸烟组COPD患者FEV1/FVC%分别为(56.103±9.542)%及(55.049±9.988)%,两组比较无统计学意义,P=0.665。吸烟组及非吸烟组的FVC、FEV1、MMEF、FEF75%、FEF50%分别为(1.289±0.377)L、(0.735±0.180)L、(0.484±0.154)L/S、(0.997±0.154)L/S、(0.543±0.177)L/S及(2.298±0.761)L、(1.305±0.422)L、(0.723±0.235)L/S、(1.808±0.595)L/S、(0.840±0.271)L/S,吸烟组均低于非吸烟组,P<0.05。结论:吸烟可导致吸烟COPD患者肺功能较非吸烟COPD患者下降更明显。所以,COPD患者更需要戒烟。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of smoking on the evolvement of COPD.Method Total 65 patients were enrolled who were diagnosed as COPD,35 patients were smoker and 30 patients were non-smoker.All of them were detected pulmonary function and campared the pulmonary function of smoking group with that of non-smoking group.Results The level of FEV₁/FVC% in smoking COPD group and non-smoking COPD group were（56.103±9.542）% and（55.049±9.988）%,respectively.Significant difference did not exist in the level of FEV₁/FVC% between smoking COPD group and non-smoking COPD group（P=0.665）.The level of FVC,FEV₁,MMEF,FEF75%,FEF50% in smoking COPD group and non-smoking COPD group were（1.289±0.377） L,（0.735±0.180） L,（0.484±0.154） L/s,（0.997±0.154） L/s,（0.543±0.177） L/s and（2.298±0.761） L,（1.305±0.422） L,（0.723±0.235） L/s,（1.808±0.595） L/S,（0.840±0.271） L/s,respectively.All of them in the smoking COPD group were lower than that in the non-smoking COPD group（P<0.05）.Conclusion Smoking can lead to that the pulmonary function′s decline of smoking COPD more than that of non-smoking COPD.So the COPD patients need refrain from smoking.更多还原
