【摘要】 目的:探讨经尿道电切治疗前列腺增生症的疗效。方法:对1 134例良性前列腺增生患者行经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)手术治疗。结果:手术时间30～80 min,平均50 min;平均住院5～10 d;无电切综合征(TURS)及死亡病例。结论:采用TURP前列腺增生症疗效满意,创伤小、出血少、术后恢复快。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the transurethral treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients.Methods 1 134 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia transurethral resection of prostate(TURP)surgery.Results The time of 30～ 80min,an average of 50 min;average hospital stay was 5～10 d;without transurethral resection syndrome(TURS)and death cases.Conclusion TURP BPH satisfactory outcome,trauma,less bleeding,rapid postoperative recovery.更多还原
