模板剂对SAPO分子筛催化活性的影响
Effects of templates on the catalytic activity of SAPO molecular sieve
【摘要】 分别以三乙胺(TEA)、四乙基氢氧化铵(TEAOH)及两者混合物为模板剂合成SAPO分子筛,在固定床反应器上研究SAPO分子筛在氯甲烷催化转化制备氯乙烯单体(VCM)反应中的催化性能。试验结果表明,模板剂的种类、组成均对分子筛的催化转化性能有重要影响。
【Abstract】 SAPO molecular sieve was synthesized by using triethylamine(TEA),tetraethylammonium hydroxide(TEAOH) and their mixture as templates,resp.The catalytic properties of SAPO molecular sieve in the preparation of vinyl chloride from methyl chloride were studied in a fixed bed reactor.The results showed that the variety and composition of templates had significant effects on the catalytic properties of the molecular sieve.
