中央空调变流量节能控制系统设计

【摘要】 中央空调的能耗问题日益引起人们的关注.根据空调负荷变化对水系统进行变流量节能控制,是一种有效的节能手段.文章以中央空调变流量节能控制系统为研究对象,探讨了变流量节能的控制思路,介绍了以STC单片机作为控制内核,并结合模糊控制和PID算法的总体设计方案和实现的主要功能.控制系统性能稳定,有较强的抗干扰能力,能够满足变流量装置的需求.

【Abstract】 The problem about energy consumed by central air-conditioner is paid attention by people.Variable flow hydraulic system is an effective energy-saving measure,which could adjust the flux to the load of central air condition.The article discusses the control variable flow energy-saving ideas with central air conditioning variable flow energy control system as the research object.We use STC microcontroller as control kernel and use fussy-PID arithmetic in this system.The article introduces the overall design scheme and the main function of the system.The anti-interference ability of the control system is strong.It can satisfy completely the need of variable-flux equip.
