【摘要】 在构建和谐社会的时代背景下,高校发展也将建设和谐校园作为工作方向.校园是社会的重要组成要素,高校作为培养人才的重要环境则在社会中显得更为关键.建设和谐校园,是符合党和国家方针政策的,是建设和谐社会的一大推动力.但是,目前随着招生数量扩大,教师员工素质参差不齐和就业岗位难求等不和谐因素的存在,使建设和谐校园环境面临着诸多困难.通过本文对高校中不和谐现象的分析,介绍了建设和谐高校的必要性,并提出建设和谐校园的对策建议.更多还原

【Abstract】 In constructing the harmonious society,under the background of university development will also the construction of harmonious campus as a working direction,the campus is society’s important constituents,and college as important environment of talent training becomes more important part in society.The construction of harmonious campus,conforms to the party and national policies,the construction of a harmonious society is a driving force.But,at present,with the enrollment expansion,faculty and staff are uneven and jobs are hard to get such disharmonious factors of existence,the construction of harmonious campus environment faces many problems.This article through to colleges and universities in the disharmonious phenomena analysis,this paper introduces the necessity of building harmonious universities.更多还原
