混凝土楼板裂缝控制新技术及试验研究

【摘要】 ACI95及我国现行混凝土结构设计规范对现浇楼板裂缝均采取构造措施加以控制,现浇混凝土楼板由温度收缩应力等引起的非荷载裂缝仍频频出现,成为消费者投诉热点.通过探讨对普通受力钢筋采用先张法施加预压应力,以达到控制混凝土楼板因非荷载引起裂缝的目的.并介绍了试验研究方法及试验装置,通过试验进行定量分析.试验证明,此技术能有效提高楼板的抗裂性能.

【Abstract】 According to ACI95 and our current concrete structures design Codes people now generally take structural measures to control cracks on the casting slab,but non-load crack is still frequently appears on the casting concrete slab caused by temperature shrinkage stress and other,and it becomes hot spots of consumer complaints.This article explores the pre-tensioned measure that ordinary metal by pre-stress applied in order to control the cracks of concrete floor for the purpose of non-load induced cracks,then describes the test methods,test equipment and quantitative analysis of the experiment.Tests show that this technique can improve the crack resistance of the floor.
