基于环模型的轮胎滚动接触有限元分析
Finite element analysis of tire rolling contact based on ring supported on elastic foundation model
【摘要】 以弹性环模型理论为基础,建立了轮胎面内力学特性的有限元模型。通过不同载荷和速度下的轮胎在转毂上通过障碍物的仿真,分析了载荷与速度对轮胎轴荷响应的影响。计算结果与试验结果的对比验证了有限元模型在轴荷响应预测上的精度。该模型对于汽车的振动噪声分析以及耐久性分析具有重要的意义。
【Abstract】 A finite element model(FEM) was built for the mechanical characteristic in the tire plane based on the model of ring supported on elastic foundation.The effects of load and speed on the tire spindle load response were analyzed by simulation for the tire passing the cleats on drum under different loads and speeds.The comparison between the calculated and tested results demonstrated the accuracy of the FEM for spindle load prediction.The model is important for the study of vehicle NVH behavior and durability.
