【摘要】 每次通货膨胀由于发生的经济社会背景不同,必然具有不同的典型特征与形成机理。本轮通货膨胀即第五次通货膨胀,发生在中国经济深度融入世界经济体系,受美国金融经济危机严重冲击的背景下,为保增长、促就业而货币投放过多,农产品、能源和原材料价格上涨过快,收入攀比机制作用强化及结构扭曲与体制转型矛盾凸显等多重原因纠结作用的结果,具有急发性、影响深重性、输入性、价格欺诈与投机性及结构性等特征。因此,一定要有针对性地进行治理,切不可操之过急,过度抽紧货币政策,否则,很可能把刚刚刺激起来的就业增加变为失业扩大,伤及经济可持续发展的基础与条件。更多还原

【Abstract】 There have been different features and causes in inflations happened at different times with various economic and social background.The current inflation called the fifth inflation that is happening at the time when Chinese economy has been deeply involved in the world economic system and it has been deeply affected by American financial and economic crisis.The causes of the inflation are such as,excessive money supplement to maintain economic growth and employment,the rapid growth of price in agriculture,energy and raw materials,contradictory elements jumped out in system transition,etc.,and they have the characters of urgent profound in effects,opportunity-orientation,systematic and imported and price cheating,therefore need to be deal with serious measures,and should not be impatient and over deflating.更多还原
