【摘要】 目的探讨胃镜治疗对上消化道出血疗效的影响。方法选择急诊胃镜检查确诊为上消化道出血患者120例,随机分为对照组和观察组各60例,对照组给予药物治疗,观察组给予胃镜下止血,比较两组止血效果。结果观察组与对照组的止血有效率分别为94.93%、70.58%,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的再出血率、手术率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胃镜下治疗上消化道出血止血成功率高、再出血率及手术率低,安全可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of therapeutic endoscopy on upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods 120 cases of patients,who were diagnosed by emergency gastroscopy as upper digestive tract hemorrhage,were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 60 cases in each group.The control group received drug treatment,the observation group received endoscopic hemostasis.The hemostatic effects of two groups were compared.Results The hemostatic rates of observation group and control group were respectively 94.93% and 70.58%,observation group was significantly better than control group(P < 0.05);the rebleeding rate and operation rate in observation group were significantly lower than control group(P< 0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic treatment for upper gastrointestinal bleeding has high success rate,low rebleeding rate and operation rate,it is safe and reliable.更多还原
