【摘要】 目的了解适应心理治疗对高血压病性心脏病患者的治疗作用。方法选择了300例高血压病性心脏病的病人随机分2组进行对照分析,一组在抗高血压治疗的基础上进行适应心理治疗,另外一组单纯抗高血压治疗,治疗前后进行SA S和SDS评定和对高血压性心脏病的躯体症状观察。结果适应心理治疗组患者焦虑情绪(t=14.77,P<0.01),抑郁情绪(t=13.96,P<0.01)明显少于对照组,躯体症状减少:头痛(χ2=25.9,P<0.01)、头昏(χ2=27.74,P<0.01)、乏力(χ2=12.61,P<0.01)、心悸(χ2=11.52,P<0.01)、左心室肥大(χ2=47.20,P<0.01)等适应心理治疗组明显优于对照组。结论适应心理治疗能够减少高血压病性心脏病患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪及躯体症状,提高生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the adaptation of psychological treatment on hypertension treatment in patients with heart disease.Methods A total of 300 patients with hypertensive heart disease were randomly divided into 2 groups and compared.One group was treated by Adaptation of Psychological Therapy on the basis of antihypertensive treatment,another group was treated by antihypertensive treatment alone.Before and after treatment,SAS and SDS were assessed and physical symptoms of hypertensive heart disease were observed.Results Anxiety and depression emotions of the group treated by Adaptation of Psychological Therapy were significantly lower than the control group(t=14.77,P<0.01;t=13.96,P<0.01),and the physical symptoms reduced compared with the control group: headache(χ2=25.9,P<0.01),dizziness(χ2=27.74,P<0.01),fatigue(χ2=12.61,P<0.01),palpitations(χ2=11.52,P<0.01),left ventricular hypertrophy(χ2=47.20,P<0.01).Conclusion The adaptation of psychological treatment can relieve anxiety,depression emotions and somatic symptoms of the patients with hypertensive heart disease,and improve the quality of life.更多还原
