苯选择加氢催化剂载体、助剂的研究
Study on the catalyst support and auxiliary for selective hydrogenation of benzene
【摘要】 催化剂在苯选择性加氢制环己烯过程中起着十分重要的作用,影响苯选择性加氢制环己烯的因素很多,催化剂、传质和改性剂以及反应机理等。在苯选择性加氢过程中如何提高苯的转化率和环己烯的选择性是很关键的,作者主要从催化剂载体以及助剂的角度出发,研究了ZrO2、Al2O3以及ZrO2-Al2O3复合载体和Zn、B等助剂对苯转化率和环己烯选择性的影响,以提高环己烯的选择性,达到理想的催化效果。
【Abstract】 Catalysts play an important role on process of selective hydrogenation of benzene to cyclohexene.Many factors effect this process,for example,the catalyst active metal,mass transfer,modifier and reaction mechanism and so on.So improvement for the conversion of benzene and the selectivity of cyclohexene is very important.This paper is mainly discussing the effect of support including ZrO2、Al2O3、ZrO2-Al2O3 composite carrier and Zn、B additives on selectivity of cyclohexene in order to achieve good benzene conversion and cyclohexene selectivity.
