【Abstract】 Relational network of entrepreneurs is an important driver of the enterprise cluster’s evolution.Based on the view of dynamic capabilities theory,although the relational network of entrepreneurs is a kind of core resource of enterprise clusters to build competitive advantage,while in the context of changing environment,such resources may become an obstacle to enterprise clusters to obtain sustainable competitive advantage.Evolution model of relational network of entrepreneurs helps to explain the relationship between the failure of enterprise cluster’s evolution and relational network of entrepreneurs, and clarify that the relational network of entrepreneurs may have the negative effect on enterprise clusters.更多还原
