【摘要】 在我国,越来越多的天使投资人涌现出来,他们与来自创业资本基金的创业资本家一起,共同促进了创业企业的发展。我国理论研究者对创业投资基金的关注程度越来越高,展开了一系列研究,与此形成对比,研究者们在天使投资相关的理论研究显得比较薄弱。本文对国外天使投资行为相关研究做了一个比较全面的综述,从实践角度,这可能有助于国内的实践者和研究者更深入地了解天使投资人投资行为机理,进而提升参与天使投资的决策能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Together with venture capitalists from venture capital funds,angel investors have boosted new ventures emergence within the last years in China.The domestic researchers have provided lots of concerns on venture investment funds,compared with this,the researches on angel investors are still weak.This paper operated a comprehensive review on the oversea angel investors’ investment behaviors.The practice application is that it maybe improves our understandings on angel investors’ investment behavior processes,which then promotes individual decision capability that is needed to participate in the angel investment activities.更多还原
