【摘要】 特许经营是现代餐饮业发展的重要趋势,其区位选择对经营状况起着非常重要的作用。首先,对特许经营的概念及开展特许经营现状进行了分析,在此基础上,从城市、区域、区位三个层次入手分析内、外资餐饮企业区位选择的现状,揭示其区位选址规律并进行比较,指出了内资企业存在的差距,并对特许经营模式内、外资餐饮企业的区位选择提出了建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Franchise is an important trend of the development of modern food and beverage industry,which shows different characters in the location selection of foreign and domestic food and beverage enterprises.In this paper the author introduces briefly features of franchise both abroad and at home and conditions of franchise of foreign and domestic food and beverage enterprises.From the aspects of city,area,and location,general rules of foreign enterprises in location selection and the rules of domestic enterprises in location selection are revealed.Further,by comparison the rules of location selection between foreign and domestic enterprises the disadvantage of domestic enterprises is pointed out.Some advices on the location selection of domestic enterprises are suggested.更多还原
