【摘要】 案例教学法的运用有一定条件,应从资源基础观的视野出发,结合课程的特点和教学单位的资源状况进行综合分析,才能作出能否实施案例教学的判断。《房地产项目策划》课程适宜采用案例教学法,但要想取得良好的教学效果,必须做好五个方面的工作:精心选择和编写案例;实施方式以竞争性的角色扮演方式为主;精心设计问题;做好准备工作;与其他教学方法相结合。更多还原

【Abstract】 From a resource-based view,the successful application of case method teaching in a course was based on some prerequisites.The first step of making the decision on whether or not to use this teaching method should be analyzing it’s suitability to the certain course.This paper introduced the characteristics of Real Estate Project Marketing,analyzed the suitability of applying case method teaching in this course,summarized the teaching experience and proposed five suggestions on how to use this method successfully.The five suggestions were as follows:carefully selecting and writing cases;utilizing competitive role play as a teaching tool;carefully designing questions;making a good preparation;combining with the use of other teaching methods.更多还原
