【摘要】 目的观察3%高渗盐水联合利多卡因治疗颅内高压的临床疗效。方法将80例外伤性颅内高压患者随机分成两组,对照组(40例)仅予以传统的甘露醇降低颅内压治疗,而观察组(40例)予以3%高渗盐水联合利多卡因治疗。两组患者均在用药前和用药后的第1、3、5、7天监测颅内压(ICP)的变化,治疗前和疗程结束后检查脑部CT。结果观察组的总有效率达97.5%,与对照组比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 3%高渗盐水联合利多卡因治疗颅内高压是安全有效的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of 3% hypertonic saline combined with Lidocaine for patients with intracranial hypertension.Methods Eighty patients with intracranial hypertension were randomly divided into the control group(n=40)and the observation group(n=40).The patients in control group only received routine treatment and those in observation group received treatment of 3% hypertonic saline combined with Lidocaine.Intracanial pressure(ICP) before treating and at 3,5,7 days after treating were measured in the two groups.Brain CT before and after treating was also measured in the two groups.Results The total effective rate in observation group was higher than that in the control group,97.5% vs.72.5%(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapy of 3% hypertonic saline combined with Lidocaine is effective for patients with intracranial hypertension.更多还原
