【摘要】 笔者利用我国1985年~2008年的数据,采用协整、误差修正模型、G ranger因果检验等方法,对我国技术进步和劳动力素质之间的关系进行了分析。实证分析表明,技术进步对劳动力人均受教育年数起到了积极的促进作用,技术进步对劳动力素质的提高有显著的作用。因此,我国应加强技术引进与技术创新,而且在技术引进过程中,注重技术引进的消化、吸收,从模仿到创新,借此来提高自主研发能力。同时,应加大对人力资本的投资,加强人力资本的积累。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using the data from 1985 to 2008 and the methods of co-integration,error correction model,Granger causality test,etc.,the authors analyze the relationship between technological progress and laborers’ quality in China.The empirical analysis shows that technological progress has played a positive role in labor education per capita,and a significant role in promoting quality of laborers.Therefore,China should strengthen technological introduction and innovation,and in the process of technology introduction,emphasize technological digestion and absorption from imitation to innovation,and thereby increase autonomous R&D capabilities.At the same time,China should increase investment in human capital and strengthen human capital accumulation.更多还原
