【摘要】 通过对若干主要国家的比较研究发现,面对重大灾害事故时,工伤保险和养老保险可形成重要的、有机的应对组合,较为妥善地解决遗属的长期生活保障问题。中国可借鉴国际经验,扩大养老保险和工伤保险等社会保险的覆盖面,完善工伤保险、养老保险遗属补偿制度,明确遗属待遇是社会保障制度减灾和重大灾害事故风险补偿的重要机制之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the comparison of several major countries,study found that in the face of serious disasters and accidents,insurance against injury at work and pension insurance can form important,organic combination,to solve properly the long-term living security.China can learn experience from international expriences,expand the coverage of endowment insurance and industrial injury insurance,etc social insurance,perfect the compensation system of industrial injury insurance and endowment insurance,clarify survivors’ treatment is one of the important mechanism of social security system mitigation and major disaster accident risk compensation.更多还原
