【摘要】 为建立鹿茸骨宝胶囊的质量标准,采用薄层色谱法对胶囊中的鹿茸、淫羊藿、槐角进行了定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定了胶囊中淫羊藿苷含量。结果表明:薄层色谱斑点清晰,空白样品无干扰,可用于本品质量控制;淫羊藿苷在0.051 25~1.025μg范围内具有良好的线性关系r=0.999,平均加样回收率为98.78%,RSD为1.65%(n=6)。说明该方法简便、精确、重现性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 To establish the quality standards of Luronggubao capsule,Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum,Herba Epimedii,Fructus Sophorae in capsule were identified by TLC,Icariin in capsule were determinated by HPLC.The TLC spots were clear,and the control test showed no interference.It can be used for the product quality control.The linear relationship of Icariin was good when Paeoniflorin was at the range of 0.051 25-1.025 μg(r=0.999).The showed recovery was 98.78% and RSD was 1.65%(n=6).The method developed is simple and accurate.It can be used for quality control of the Luronggubao capsule.更多还原
