【摘要】 首先构筑了集群间互动发展的动力模型,将集群间互动概括为合作与竞争,以长三角医药产业集群为例,设计了企业调查和多元回归方法对集群间合争动力、强度与效应进行了研究,结果表明:集群发展呈现明显的阶段性与等级性,集群间互动结构具有不平衡性,集群间合作(竞争)的动力依次是高校科研机构(企业)、企业(高校科研机构)、政府、行业协会和其他,在微笑曲线上表现为产研销等单一或多重层面;医药产业集群间互动主要以强势企业为中心,它基于能力和资源的互补,表现为多种互动形式。因缺乏学研机构的强力的激发和牵引,群间有效互动的自加强机制尚未形成;集群间竞争带来效率的同时也因过度竞争而带来负效应,但群间合作及群间总体竞合互动呈现正效应。集群间加强合作或提高集中度而弱化零散的过度竞争均会带来明显的正效应。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,the author firstly constructs a cooperation-competition model between the different industry clusters,designs the methods to valuate its level and effects.And then,take the case of the pharmaceutical industry clusters in the Yangszer Delta,the author analyzes the interacting dynamic mechanism,cooperation and competition level,and its effect between the different industry clusters in their developping course.The result reveals that the main cooperation(or competition) dynamics of the interacting between differenr industrial clusters are university and research institues(or enterprise),enterprise(or university and research institues),government,Industry association and so on.The cooperation and competiton between the different Medicine industry clusters is widely exist,The cooperation,which is not strong now,can leads to positive effects.The copetition can lead to effiency,in the same time,the excessive competition based on low-price is also an important format in between the the different industrial clusters,which leads to a negtive affect,while the integration effect of the interacting between different industrial clusters is positive.Enforcing the cooperation or reducing the excessive competition between the different industrial clusters,will do great good to the developing of the whole clusters.更多还原
