【摘要】 包括风能在内的清洁能源产业之争已在中美两国之间初露端倪。中美风能设备补贴争端案便是最新的例证。本文旨在就这一争端案例中补贴措施的WTO合规性问题展开相关分析,进而在此基础上探究中美清洁能源产业之争可能解决的现实路径。本文认为,就美国指控中国的补贴措施已构成法律上的禁止性补贴,中国可以据理力争提出抗辩。本文指出,中美清洁能源产业之争的根本解决,则需要通过全球多边贸易谈判来制定新的游戏规则才能实现。更多还原
