ATRP法制备以β-环糊精为核的两臂PGMA聚合物
Synthesis of two-armed poly(glycidyl methacrylate) with a β-cyclodextrin core through atom transfer radical polymerization
【摘要】 以β-环糊精(β-CD)和2-溴异丁酰溴(BIBB)为原料,利用溴酰化反应制备了大分子引发剂β-CD-BIBB.以此引发剂,CuBr/22,’-联吡啶为催化体系,采用原子转移自由基聚合法(ATRP)制得了以β-CD为核聚甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(PGMA)为臂的两臂聚合物,通过FT-IR1、H-NMR及GPC对其结构进行了表征.
【Abstract】 The macroinitiator β-CD-BIBB was synthesized through the easterification of β-CD with 2-bromoisobutyryl bromide.Then,two-armed poly(glycidyl methacrylate) with a core of β-cyclodextrin(β-CD) was successfully performed by atom transfer radical polymerization(ATRP) of glycidyl methacrylate using the β-CD-BIBB/ CuCl/Bpy as initiating system.Its structure was characterized by 1H-NMR、FT-IR、GPC.
