【摘要】 以泥炭作为石油降解菌株的固定化载体,对其最佳固定化条件、固定化时间、泥炭的最佳加入量、温度、pH、振荡条件进行了研究.结果表明:泥炭对石油降解菌株的最佳固定化条件为,时间24 h,泥炭的最佳加入量为80 mL,温度10℃,pH7.5,振荡条件110 r/min,在该条件下泥炭对功能菌固定化率达86.42%.更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper takes turf as the immobilization carrier for petroleum-degrading bacteria,and investigates its optimal immobilization conditions including time,adding amount of turf,temperature,pH and shaking conditions.The result shows that the optimal immobilization time was 24h,the amount of turf added was 80mL,temperature is 10℃,pH value is 7.5 and the shaking rate is 110r/min,under which the immobilization rate can achieved 86.42%.更多还原
