【摘要】 目的:探讨剖宫产术后半年内早孕的终止方法。方法:将剖宫产术后半年内早孕且要求终止者160例随机分成4组,第1组直接吸宫,第2组口服米非司酮配伍米索前列醇流产,第3组服用米非司酮后吸宫,第4组服用米非司酮后在B超引导下吸宫,观察服药及吸宫期间腹痛、出血量、宫颈扩张、人工流产综合反应及妊娠物残留等情况。结果:第1组需扩张宫颈和发生人工流产综合反应的例数明显高于其他3组;第2组腹部剧痛和出血量大于其他各组;第3组需扩张宫颈例数明显降低,但妊娠物残留发生率仍然较高;第4组残留发生率低于其他各组。结论:服用米非司酮后在B超引导下吸宫对终止剖宫产术后半年内早孕是较为安全、可靠、有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the optimal treatment for early pregnancy termination within only 6 months after caesarean section.Methods:A total of 160 early pregnant women with a history of caesarean delivery within 6 months were randomly divided into 4 groups:artificial abortion group(group A),medical abortion group(received mifepristone and misoprostol,group B),mifepristone associated with artificial abortion group(group C) and mifepristone associated with artificial abortion guided by B mode ultrasound(group D).The occurrence of abdominal pain,induced abortion syndrome and the incomplete abortion,the amount of bleeding,and dilation of the cervix among 4 groups were compared.Results:In group A,women with cervixes dilated and induced abortion syndrome were more than the other groups.The amount of vaginal bleeding in group B was far greater than those of the other groups.In group C,women with cervixes dilated were more than the other groups,while those with the incomplete abortion were less.In group D,no incomplete abortion were found.Conclusion:For the treatment of early pregnancy termination within only six months after caesarean section,curettage guided by B ultrasound after mifepristone administration is more safe,reliable and effective.更多还原
