【Abstract】 A good many studies are expected to describe the workers’ condition in the course of Chinese marketization in a single word,but the fact is far from simple because it is hard for a concept based on western individualism and contractarianism to give thorough definitions of Chinese workers and the labor relation in China.The paper,from the perspective of Chinese social traditions and social formation,analyzes the social factors for the workers’ condition,assuming that workers’ fate is not only related to the fate of both the country and enterprises in globalization,but also to the status and the power of workers as a group in the country and enterprises.更多还原
