Lansat-7 ETM+热红外波段高低增益状态数据反演亮度温度比较研究
Comparison of brightness temperatures inversed from high and low gain state data of Lansat-7 ETM+ thermal infrared band
【摘要】 为比较Landsat-7 ETM+热红外6H和6L通道反演地表亮温差异,在分析热红外数据的辐射特征和可用温度范围等参数基础上,以一幅Landsat-7 ETM+图像的6H和6L数据为例计算了亮度温度及其差值,分析了6H和6L地表亮温图像及差值图像的空间结构特征和统计特征.表明6H和6L反演的地表亮温数据只有微弱差异,较大的差值出现在高亮温处,差值正负的分布与亮度温度大小、地物类型没有显著关系.6H数据反演地表亮温具有较高的灵敏度,6L数据具有较宽的可用温度范围.
【Abstract】 In order to compare surface brightness temperature difference inversion from high gain state data(6H) and low gain state data(6L) of Lansat-7 ETM+ thermal infrared band,the radiation characteristics and some parameters such as useful temperature range of the thermal infrared band are firstly introduced,and brightness temperatures of the 6H and 6L from a scene of Lansat-7 ETM+ images are calculated,as well as a temperature difference image by subtraction 6L’s brightness temperatures from 6H’s.Then the spatial structure and statistical characteristics of above two surface brightness temperature images and the difference image between them are analyzed.Only slight difference lie between brightness temperature of the 6H and the 6L,and the larger difference lies at high temperature.The distribution of the positive and negative values of difference has no significant relationship with the value of temperature and the surface category.It is with slightly high sensitivity to inverse brightness temperature by 6H than by 6L,and with more wide temperature range to inverse by 6L than by 6H.
