【摘要】 "阳光行动"是提升公安队伍管理和公安工作水平的文化"品牌"工程,开展"阳光行动"需要公安文化软实力助推。开展"阳光行动"的文化理念是"以人为本"。当前,公安机关加强文化"软实力"建设,应当抓好几项重点工作:加强人民警察职业道德建设,培育人民警察核心价值观念;创建学习型公安机关,打造学习型公安队伍;搞好警察公共关系,树立警察良好形象;构建和谐警营,密切警察人际关系;开展群众性警察文体活动,丰富警察精神生活;落实从优待警措施,提高警察工作积极性。更多还原

【Abstract】 "Sunny Action" is cultural "brand" project for promoting the level of public security management and work,which needs pushing of soft power of public security culture.The cultural idea of carrying out "sunny Action" is "people-oriented".At present,in order to strengthen cultural soft power,public security organs should stress the police’s professional ethics construction,cultivate police’s core values,create learning-typed public security organs,build learning-typed public security force,better police public relation,establish police’s good image,construct harmonious police camps,close police’s interpersonal relationships,carry out police’s cultural and sports activities,enrich police’s spiritual life,implement the measures of better treatment to police,improve the police’s enthusiasm to the work.更多还原
