雁门关地区羊致病性大肠杆菌的分离及生物特性分析

【摘要】 为了有效防控羊致病性大肠杆菌病,以雁门关地区养羊企业和规模专业户为研究对象,对临床健康羊和腹泻症状羊进行致病性大肠杆菌的分离、培养、生化试验、血清型鉴定、致病性试验以及耐药性研究。结果显示,从180头份(临床健康羊的小肠150头份,腹泻病羊的肛门棉拭子30头份)材料中分离培养出符合羊大肠杆菌生化特性的72株,其中25株为羊致病性大肠杆菌;这些致病菌是中O127a:K63(B8)、O125:K70(B15)、O142:K86(B)、O111:K58(B4)、O114:K90(B)、O119:K69(B14)6个血清型单独或融合组成的9个菌株,类似结果国内鲜有报道;耐药性试验表明,致病菌株对阿米卡星的敏感率为87.5%,卡那霉素为75%,头孢类药物为50%~87.5%,而对氨苄西林的耐药率为50%。

【Abstract】 In order to prevent and control sheep colibacillosis,healthy sheep and sheep with diarrhea of farming enterprises and specialized households were studied.The strains of sheep escherichia coli were identified by culture characterization, biochemical tests and serological tests.Pathogenicity and drug resistance of some strains were researched.The results showed that 72 strains were identified from 150 small intestine specimens of healthy sheep and 30 rectal swabs of sheep with diarrhea.25 of these strains were pathogenic escherichia.coli,which were 9 types composed individually or combinatorially of 6 serotypes:O127a:K63(B8)、O125:K70(B15)、O142:K86(B)、O111:K58(B4)、O114:K90(B) and O119;K69(B14).Analysis of drug resistance indicated that susceptibility rate of isolated pathogens to amikacin was 87.5%,to kanamycin was 75%,to cephalosporins was 62.5%~75%,the resistance rate to Ampicillin was 50%.
