【Abstract】 The evaluation of government performance is an important driving force for building the service-oriented government, and also an effective method to test the administrative efficiency of service-oriented government. This paper analyzes some serious problems in the performance evaluation system for local service-oriented governments: distorted value, unreasonable index setting, single evaluation agency, and imperfect evaluation procedure. Based on this analysis, the paper gives some suggestions and countermeasures for improving the performance evaluation system for local service-oriented governments.更多还原
