角锥棱镜阵列谐振腔输出模式研究

【摘要】 为了研究角锥棱镜阵列谐振腔的输出特性,利用角锥棱镜阵列作为后腔镜,与平面镜构成角锥棱镜阵列谐振腔,模拟计算了角锥棱镜阵列谐振腔输出模式的近场及远场分布,理论分析了谐振腔的相干输出,实验获得了采用该腔型的钕玻璃激光器的输出模式的近场及远场分布。结果表明,模拟计算与实验得到的模式分布相吻合,近场光斑外形为六边形,与角锥棱镜阵列形状相似;远场聚焦光斑中心为一强峰,周围分布着多圈强度小得多的次峰,各圈的脉冲峰数量及分布同角锥棱镜阵列中对应圈的角锥棱镜的数量及分布一致。理论与实验证实了利用角锥棱镜阵列谐振腔实现激光器相干输出的可行性。

【Abstract】 In order to study the output characteristics of a corner cube array resonator,the resonator was constructed with a corner cube array(CCA)and a planar mirror as rear mirror and output mirror respectively.Its near-field and far-field mode distribution was demonstrated through numerical simulation.The coherent output of the resonator was theoretically analyzed. Furthermore,the mode distribution of a Nd:glass laser with this type of resonator was obtained in experiments.The results show that the simulated mode distribution agrees with the experimental results.The profile of the near-field mode distribution is hexagonal and similar to the geometry of the CCA.There is a high pulse in the middle of the far-field beam spot with many low pulses around it.The quantity and layout of the pulses in each circle are the same as those of the corresponding corner cubes in the CCA.The results also show that it’ s feasible to achieve coherent laser output with a corner cube array resonator.
