UR90多元件激光谐振腔的数值矩阵方法研究
Study on numerical matrix method for UR90 multi-element laser resonator
【摘要】 以复杂光学元件的复振幅调制函数为基础,建立了复杂腔形的有限元传输矩阵。采用多元件激光谐振腔的数值矩阵方法计算了UR90腔的各阶本征模式和损耗,与FFT方法计算结果比较,具有一致性。对数值矩阵计算方法进行分析,总结了计算结果收敛度与离散元之间的关系,分析了产生这种关系的机理。
【Abstract】 Based on complex amplitude modulation function of optical components,transfer matrix of complex-shaped cavity is established in the paper.The eigen transverse mode distribution and corresponding loss coefficient of UR90 are calculated.The result is consistent with the calculating results by FFT method.The method of numerical Matrix is analyzed,and the relationship between convergence degree with discrete element is explained.
