一维激光全息光子晶体的偏振特性研究
Polarization properties of 1-D laser holography photonic crystal
【摘要】 用特征矩阵法研究了一维激光全息光子晶体的偏振特性,结果表明:随着入射角增大,S偏振光的禁带的宽度增大,边沿变陡;而P偏振光的禁带的情形相反,随着入射角增大,S偏振光和P偏振光的禁带的两个边沿的波长都近似按抛物线规律减小,但S偏振光的抛物线比P偏振光的抛物线陡;特别是,当入射角较大时,在S偏振光的禁带的左侧有一些很细的透射峰出现,当入射角缓慢变化时,这些很细的透射峰会快速变化。我们的研究结果对一维激光全息光子晶体的使用具有指导作用。
【Abstract】 The polarization properties of 1-D laser holography photonic crystal are investigated with the eigen matrix.The results showed that when increasing the incident angle,the width of the band gap of s-polarized light enlarges and the edges become steep.The case of the band gap of p-polarized light is contrary to that of the s-polarized light.When increasing the incident angle,the wavelengths of the band gap edges of both s-polarized and p-polarized light decrease nearly according to the parabolic law.The shape of the parabola of s-polarized light is steeper than that of p-polarized light;In particular,when the incident angle is large enough,there are several very narrow transmission peaks in the left side of the band gap of s-polarized light,and when the incident angle changes slowly,they will change quickly.The results are helpful for the study and application of 1-D laser holography photonic crystal.
