电阻应变式传感器在结构试验中的应用新技术
New Technology of Resistance Strain Transducer Used in Structural Test
【摘要】 电阻应变测试是结构试验中应用最早且十分普及的测试技术之一,但是由于直接粘贴式工艺复杂,防潮密封技术措施困难,影响到其长期稳定性,不宜进行动态测试,为此我们试制了类似于国外三向动态力传感器,研发了可重复使用的工具式表面应变传感器,高灵敏度(S≥1000με/mm)位移传感器,砼内埋式应变和温度复合传感器,大六角高强螺栓和Φ15.24 mm预应力钢绞线用串芯压力传感器等,经过在有关试验项目中的应用,如在我校三向六自由度模拟地震振动台上的实际使用,取得了一定效果。
【Abstract】 Resistance strain testing technology is a technology which is the earliest and the most widely used in structural test.But it is not stable enough and not suit for dynamic test because of its hard sticking and sealing craft.For this reason,we developed a new type of tri-axis force transducer used in dynamic test which is similar to foreign product,and developed the products of implemental surface strain transducer,high sensitivity (S≥1 000με/mm) displacement transducer,strain and temperature transducer imbedded in concrete, force transducer used for hexagonal high strength bolt and prestressing steel strand(Φ15.24 mm).And we have gotten some experience through tests like shaking table test.
