【摘要】 目的通过运用风险管理理论对静脉用药调配中心风险因素的评估,提高工作人员的风险防范意识和能力,以防止差错事故发生,确保临床用药的安全性和有效性。方法将哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院静脉药物配置中心2006年7-12月和2007年1-6月的配制输液总量、差错量进行统计分析,列出各工作环节的风险因素,并对风险因素进行讨论、分析,制定防范措施。结果运用风险管理防范措施后,差错明显下降,与实施前比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对静脉用药调配中心风险因素的评估及预防,保证了静脉输液配置质量,提高了患者用药的安全性及有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve workers’ preventive awareness and ability to prevent mistakes and ensure the safety and efficacy in clinical practice by using the risk management theories to assess the risk factors of pharmacy intravenous admixture services(PIVAS).Methods The total amount of prepared infusion and errors at the periods of July to December 2006 and January to July 2007 in PIVAS were analyzed statistically to list the risk factors.Then the risk factors were further discussed and analyzed to prepare preventive countermeasures.Results After the implementation of risk management preventive measures,the mistake rate was significantly reduced(P<0.01).Conclusion Risk assessment and preventive measures of PIVAS can elevate the accuracy of pharmacy intravenous admixture(PIVA),and ensure the quality and safety of intravenous infusion.更多还原
