【摘要】 目的探讨全膝关节置换术后患者康复护理的有效方法。方法回顾并总结2007年6月至2010年6月55例(65膝)行全膝关节置换术患者的临床资料。结果本组患者手术过程顺利,经精心治疗与护理,53例患者膝关节能屈曲90°,伸直180°,另外2例患者因腓总神经损伤膝关节屈曲及伸直未能达到90°和180°。结论系统、细致的康复训练和护理有利于患者膝关节功能的恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the effective method of rehabilitation nursing in the patients after total knee joints replacement.Methods From June 2007 to June 2010,the clinical date of 55 patients(65 knees) with 65 knee replacements were summarized retrospectively.Results The operations were performed smoothly in the patients.With intensive treatment and nursing,53 patients were observed with knee flexion to 90° and knee joint straight to 180° except 2 failures due to peroneal nerve injury.Conclusion Systematic and meticulous nursing is conducive to rehabilitation and recovery of knee function.更多还原
