【摘要】 目的比较两种不同清洗方法对鼻镜清洗的效果。方法将400件使用后的鼻镜随机分为两组,每组200件,常规组采用多酶清洗液浸泡+全自动喷淋式清洗消毒机清洗,改进组在浸泡前将鼻镜头端张开、浸泡后增加人工刷洗,采用目测法、带光源放大镜检查、潜血试验和菌落数检测等对清洗后的鼻镜进行检查。结果改进组目测法、放大镜检查及潜血试验的合格率均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论在使用清洗机清洗鼻镜前,将鼻镜头端张开及采用多酶液浸泡加刷洗能明显提高鼻镜的清洗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the cleaning quality of two cleaning methods for rhinoscope.Methods A total of 400 pieces of polluted rhinoscope were divided randomly into 2 groups,with 200 pieces in each group.The conventional group adopted soak of multi-enzyme cleaning fluid and automatic spray sterilizing machine.While the control group made the head of rhinoscope open with multi-enzyme soak and machine and manual wash.Then the pass rate of two cleaning methods were evaluated with four standards,such as visual,illuminated magnifier,occult blood test and colony count.Results The pass rates of visual,illuminated magnifier,occult blood test were higher in the modified group than in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Before using the washing machine,we can mke the head of rhinoscope open,and then use multi-enzyme soak and brushing to significantly improve the cleaning effect of rhinoscope.更多还原
