【摘要】 目的了解慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)患者在接受有创机械通气治疗时的真实体验。方法以质性研究中的现象学方法为指导,根据诠释现象学的理论对在ICU经过有创机械通气治疗后转入呼吸科的COPD患者进行深入访谈,并对访谈结果进行分析,提取主题。结果 COPD患者在接受有创机械通气治疗时承受着巨大的生理不适及心理压力,迫切需要得到他人的理解和同情,渴望获得帮助和支持。结论正确、细致、周到的护理有利于COPD有创机械通气患者的治疗与康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the living experience of the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) during invasive mechanical ventilation.Methods Qualitative description was adopted in the study.The phenomenology qualitative description of Edmund Husserl views was applied to perform in-depth interviews in the COPD patients from the ICU into respiratory department after invasive mechanical ventilation.The results were analyzed using Colaizzi’s analysis program.Results During the mechanical ventilation,the patients suffered tremendous psychological pressure and psychosomatic crisis.They were urgent for understanding and sympathy and eager for helps and supports.Conclusion COPD patients after invasive mechanical ventilation are urgent for the appropriate and meticulous nursing care.更多还原
