电液位置伺服系统的模糊自整定PID控制研究
Study on Fuzzy Self-tuning PID Control Used in Electro-hydraulic Position Servo Systems
【摘要】 针对电液位置伺服系统的不确定性、非线性和常规PID控制的缺点,设计了具有在线PID参数调整的模糊自整定PID控制器,以减小电液位置伺服系统中参数摄动等引起的超调和振荡。利用AMESim与Matlab软件各自的优势,分别进行了液压系统建模、控制器设计。联合仿真结果表明,模糊自整定PID控制器使系统有较高的稳态精度、较快的动态响应,系统具有很好的适应性。
【Abstract】 For the uncertainty,nonlinear of the electro-hydraulic position servo system and the shortcomings of conventional PID control,designed a fuzzy self-tuning PID controller,to reduce the overshoot and oscillation caused by the electro-hydraulic position servo system’s perturbation,etc.Using the strengths of AMESim and Matlab,modeled the hydraulic system and designed the controller,respectively.The joint simulation results show that the fuzzy self-tuning controller makes the system a high steady precision,fast dynamic response,the system has good adaptability.
