基于配电网自动化的多Agent技术在含分布式电源的配电网继电保护中的研究

【摘要】 分布式电源接入配电网后,会对配电网上传统的继电保护产生一定的影响,使得原有保护误动或灵敏性降低。针对这一影响,提出了一种基于配电网自动化的多Agent技术在含分布式电源的配电网自适应保护方案。说明了配电网自动化对通信系统的要求,利用IEEE1588协议的请求应答对时方式保证了全网的保护实时同步采样。在采样数据保持同步的前提下,对配电网自动化的SCADA系统、保护系统的结构进行了划分,对各智能体的基本功能进行了详细描述。通过利用SCADA系统的通信功能和各Agent之间的协作能力,提高了配电网继电保护动作的可靠性;通过将不同地点之间的保护信息进行交换和协作,提高了分布式电源接入后的配电网继电保护的灵活性。与传统常规保护相比,该保护方案在保护的配合和整体性能上更具有灵活性和可靠性。这一新方案更接近配电网未来的发展方向,更容易实现向智能配电网的转变。

【Abstract】 It brings impact to traditional distributed protection after the distributed generation is connected to distribution system, namely it can lead to the protection maloperation or sensitivity decrease. Aiming at the influence,the paper proposes a new scheme, which is based on the multi-Agent technology of distributed automation with DG connected on the distributed protection. Fristly, it accounts for the demand of the distributed automation to the communication system. Secondly, it uses the IEEE 1588 protocol request-response manner to guarantee the protection real time synchronization sample of the whole distributed networks. Lastly, it divides the structure of the SCADA system and the protection system into parts. It deals with the fundamental function of each Agent in detail. Through utilizing the communication system of the SCADA system and the cooperation of each Agent, it improves the reliability of the distributed protection operation. Through exchanging and collaborating the protection information of the different locations, it increases the flexibility of the distributed protection after DG connected. Compared with the conventional protection, this scheme has more flexibility and more reliability on the coordination and the whole property. It is closer to the develop direction of the distributed networks, easier to transform into the intelligent distributed networks.
