配电变电站实时调压控制的计算模型与算法
Computation model and algorithm for real-time voltage regulation control of distribution substation
【摘要】 对目前的变电站实时调压控制的方法进行了分析,认为基于实时调压计算对配电变电站的电压进行独立控制是一种较为实用的方法。用实测数据说明了实时调压控制需要采用非线性的负荷模型,推导出了负荷模型方程,方程中的特征参数按当前测量的电压和功率进行计算,使计算更为简单、准确。用实例说明了电网模型的简化方法,在高压电网的阻抗远小于配电变压器阻抗的情况下,可以高压母线电压的实时测量值为参考进行配电变电站的调压计算。由于无需远方信息,将使控制系统得到极大的简化,从而使配电变电站独立进行调压控制的方法具有良好的工程实用性。
【Abstract】 According to analysis of real-time voltage regulation control for distribution substation,an independent voltage control in the distribution substation with calculation based on real-time regulating voltage is a more practical method.The measured data show that the real-time voltage regulation control should apply non-linear load model.The load model equations are derived and the characteristic parameters in the equations can be measured and calculated by the present measured voltage and power which makes the calculation more simple and accurate.Taking actual power grid for example,it shows a simplified method for the model.As the impedance of high-voltage power network is much smaller than that of distribution transformer,the voltage regulation can be calculated according to real-time voltage measurement value of high voltage bus in distribution substation.Without distance information,control systems will be greatly simplified,which makes independent voltage regulation control method have a significant engineering practicability in distribution substation.
