三轴联动的轴承磨成型砂轮修整控制模型研究
Research on Three Axes Linkage Wheel Dressing Control Model of Formed Grinding Wheel for Bearing Grinding
【摘要】 根据轴承磨对砂轮形状的需求,提出一种三轴砂轮修整控制模型。根据该模型修整的轴承磨成型砂轮,可以实现对轴承内圈外圆和轴承外圈内圆的一次性成型磨削,极大地提高了轴承磨加工效率,改善了轴承内圈和外圈工件的磨削加工质量。
【Abstract】 According to the shape requirement of grinding wheel for bearing grinding,three axes linkage wheel dressing control model was proposed.The formed grinding wheel for bearing grinding dressed by this model can grind the inner circle of outer ring and the external circle of inner ring in one time.The machining efficiency and the quality of the workpiece are improved apparently.
