【Abstract】 According to the situation that no successful development of DM machine had been done in domestic,the work principle of DM machine was revealed,the design ideas of lead pump parts,water-cooled cylinder parts,tilting slot parts and winding parts were analyzed,the welding manufacturing processes of the key components such as cylinder shell,rotation axis and tilting slot were elaborated.Practice proves that the design concepts of DM machine major components are correct,and welding manufacturing processes are feasible.更多还原
