汽车燃油箱牢固性、耐久性试验装置设计
Design of Device for Reliablity,Durability Test of Automobile Fuel Tank
【摘要】 为了检验燃油箱的密封性、牢固性、破坏性、交变压力耐久性,设计一个试验装置。该试验装置主要由试验台及水槽、触摸屏、PLC、气动控制回路、压力传感器组成,用于向燃油箱充入不同压力的空气,达到不同的保压时间后检验燃油箱的性能指标。该装置可用于汽车燃油箱批量产品入厂检查、质量技术分析及新材料、新工艺的开发试验。
【Abstract】 In order to study fuel tank’s leak-proof quality,reliablity,destructiveness,alternation pressure durability,an experiment device was designed.The test device was constituted by test rig and cistern,touch screen,PLC,pneumatic control circuit,pressure sensor.It was used to inspect performance indexes of the fuel tank through filling different pressure air into the tank and holding different time.The device can be used for the incoming check of batch product,quality technical analysis and experiment of new material,new craft.
