智能监控齿轮销压机的设计

【摘要】 通过计算得出行星齿轮减速器销轴安装时压入力在4.708~8.199 kN之间,根据压入力范围开发一种通过压力传感器将压力信号输入到PLC来监控齿轮销压入过程的齿轮销压入专用设备。该设备控制系统采用PLC及人机界面,操作简洁明了;机械部分压力单元采用全气液控制,能耗、油污及噪声都可以得到很好的控制。该设备对提高机械制造业尤其是汽车电器行业的生产效率和产品质量具有重要的意义。

【Abstract】 Concluded by computing that indentation force should be between 4.708~8.199 kN while planet gear decelerator pin axle is being installed.According to the range of indentation force,a special machine with pressure signals entering into PLC through pressure sensors to supervise the pressure process of gear pin was designed.PLC and human-machine interface were adopted in the management system of this machine,so the operation was simple.Full gas-hydraulic control was adopted in the pressure unit of mechanical part,so the energy consumption,oil pollution and noise were controlled very well.It is important for improving the production efficiency and products quality in machinery manufacturing industry,especially in auto electric industry.
